Great American Volleyball tournament entry fees vary depending on when a team signs up for an event. We encourage early sign-ups because it greatly enhances our preparations for an event. Our entry fees are based on 3 tiers:
- Early Bird Teams that sign up before midnight on the Tuesday prior to an event. These teams (over 80% of all registrations) receive the lowest entry fees.
- Pre-Registration Teams that sign up after midnight on Tuesday but before 3:00pm on the Friday prior to an event.
- Walk-On Teams can sign up on the day of the event but they will not be guaranteed a spot in the event. (In our 4 years we have never turned away a team that has been on time, but it is possible under space limitations.)
Late Fees
$10 per team. (If there is still room in the event) Please show up on time to avoid the late fee!
Great American Volleyball Membership Fees
All participants in Great American Volleyball events must be members, and present their member cards at check-in for EVERY event. Memberships are $15/season or $8/event.
Our members receive the following benefits:
- Included in the $6,000 Big Spikers Club Bonus Pool. (For all amateur divisions!)
- Participation in our National Ranking System
- Access to all Great American Volleyball events nationwide.
- Accident/Medical Insurance
- Access to any of our various e-Newsletters.
Key Deadlines
- Early Bird registration closes at midnight on the Tuesday prior to the event.
- Pre-registration closes at 3:00 PM on the Friday prior to the event.
